The consequences of this reluctance were disheartening, leaving me in situations I wished to escape but felt powerless to change.

As a mother, I am committed to breaking this cycle for my daughters and instilling in them the strength to stand up for themselves. I want to raise confident, assertive individuals who understand the value of their voices and the importance of establishing boundaries.
