No Returns or Refunds
Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us immediately at:

Include:
- Your order number  
- A description of the issue  
- Photos (if applicable)

We will review your case and work with our manufacturing partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

- Claims must be made promptly after delivery
